porridge with tsp honey and FCM
coffee

and as I had a very late breakfast today...I will be skipping lunch.

Huge baby spinach salad
2 teaspoons of mayonnaise
1 sauercrout perogi
1 glass of orange juice

The weekends are always the hardest days to get through. I'm going to a bbq late this arvo so I hope I don't wreck all my good work, I managed to survive visiting with mum and dad without having any of the dlish cakes she served.

Bbq steak and half a sausage
green salad
rice salad, potato salad, macaroni salad.

On Arrival to work

Coffee with skim milk and 1 suagr
sweet biscuit.

First break:
Coffee with FCM and 1 sugar
small lamington

Dinner:
small serve of macaroni cheese
sultana scone
cup of herbal tea

On arrival home.

Breakfast: Whey Delish Pancakes with Fruity yoghurt and lemon herbal tea

Snack: Sweetie Pie Flax biscuits

Lunch: Steamed Cauliflower and broccoli with fish

Snack: orange and celery stick

Tea: Delightful Daikon Relish, Jicama Stix and 1 carrot

Water consumption: 3 litres

Breakfast
2 slices of fruit and nut sourdough bread with banana, a cup of tea, the kelp/juice thing

Snack
1 Banana

Lunch
Tuna and salad sandwich on multigrain bread, 1 mandarin

Snack
1 square of 85% cocoa chocolate, an apricot.

Dinner
(got back from walk at 5:30 and couldn't be bothered cooking) 3 slices of wood fired pizza with thin base, 1 glass of smoothie (no fat yoghurt, strawberries, banana, a bit of honey)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
