1 square of 85% cocoa chocolate, an apricot.
(got back from walk at 5:30 and couldn't be bothered cooking) 3 slices of wood fired pizza with thin base, 1 glass of smoothie (no fat yoghurt, strawberries, banana, a bit of honey)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
