6:45 - 1 hr ride to uni (it was snowy on the mountain and the hot water was off at the shower so I had to have cold shower. Not happy Jan :evil: )

8:30 - 2 vitabrits with the usual

10:00 - muesli bar, fruit and nuts

11:00 - left over lentil shepherd pie.

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

8am - Small banana, Bran Plus w. protein powder, Home made protein bar
11am - Felafel, TVP meatloaf & spinach
2pm - Sweet potato soup (another of my mum's creations :) ), Tuna & salad sandwich on empower bread
4pm - Protein shake
6pm - Tofu & veg stir fry, Diet yoghurt, Diet jelly
9pm - Empower bread (fresh, making it tonight :) ) w. cream cheese

Banana 80 calories
serve of tofu (for protein) 34 calories
Small serve of Sultana Bran with milk 100 calories
Half a glass of milk with multivitamin 50 calories
Binge Buster Protein bar 147 calories
Sugar free V energy drink 2 calories

Total: 413 calories

Meal Two
Pumpkin Soup 168 Calories
Banana 80 calories

Total: 248 calories

Total: 661 calories

Not sure what else i'll be eating so I'll add that later. Hooray for shift work :(

7am- Special K Honey & Almonds, skim milk white coffee, 1/2 glass apple and strawberry juice (to keep me sustained through exam!)

1pm- 2 tobiko sushi handrolls, can of diet coke (after exam)

2:30pm- 6" roast chicken subway on wheat, tall starbucks soy chai latte (halfway through shopping)

6:00pm- small bottle of orange juice (end of shopping)

7:30pm- small plate of rice, chicken and mushrooms, 1/2 glass apple and strawberry juice

Exercise- 1 hour on train (standing), and 6 hours walking around the city and shops with 2 of my best friends (i kid you not, we are serious shoppers)

stir fry broccoli, zucchini and lean beef strips 310 calories

I'll probably have a protein bar later 145 calories
