muesli with banana, strawberries, apricot, LSA with LFM, 2 slices of fruit and nut toast with banana

Lunch
egg sandwich with curry powder and a kiwi fruit

Snack
1 carrot in sticks dipped in hommous

Dinner
Red Kidney Bean tacos with salad toppings and a glass of gin and tonic

1 square of 85% cocoa chocolate

2 slices of wholemeal toast with vegemite
1/2 cup cold cereal with low fat milk
Waiting to see if any one inspires with one of their lunches for my lunch :D

:oops: :oops: :oops: 12 chicken nuggets . Started to much then couldn"t stop

wow nice breakdown of your food intake there Jules, don't forget to minus your calories burned from your walking and housework to come off that total.

slice of toast and cheese
coffee

Dinner

small serve of macaroni cheese
coffee
6 small dry biscuits
small slice of chocolate cake

late snack
slice of toast with cheese.
coffee

Not really a good day.

Breakfast: Whey Delish Pancakes with Fruity yoghurt and lemon herbal tea
Snack: Sweetie Pie Flax biscuits
Lunch: Steamed Cauliflower and broccoli with fish
Snack: orange and celery stick
Tea: beef sprinkled with parsley and 1 carrot
