12am - Cinnamon & carrot FibreX muffin ( :evil: - again!)
8am - Small apple, Bran plus w. protein crunch, Home-made protein bar, coffee
11am - Egg white omelette, felafel, sweet potato & spinach
2pm - Cauliflower & broccoli soup, Tuna & salad sandwich on empower bread, Jarrah chocolatte
5:30pm - Fish w. steamed veg, Diet jelly
9pm - TVP meatloaf & salad in power wrap

Breakfast- Special K Almonds and Honey, 1/3 glass Apple and Strawberry juice, 1/2 cup skim milk coffee (under 1500 kjs)

Lunch- 2 tobiko sushi handrolls, small diet coke (approx 750 kjs)

Snack- Peppermint tea (50 kjs?)

CW- 57kgs, GW- 53kgs (8kgs lost!)

Afternoon tea- 2 x multigrain toast with butter, small glass of pub squash

Dinner- small bowl of fried rice, peppermint tea
