Breakfast- small bowl kellogs crunchy nut with skim milk, mug of peppermint tea

off shopping now :)

Lunch- 2 rolls with melted butter- yum!

At shops- small choc-chip cookie and soy chai latte

At my boy's house- skim milk tea

I had chips and gravy for lunch, bet you all think i was naughty!! Nope weight watchers chips and gravy, thank the lord for them!!!

Dinner- small plate rice, mixed vegetables and chicken, skim milk cappuccino my boy made :)

Actually a very small amount of food eaten when I think about it. Very proud of myself because I only ate when we was hungry, not just because I thought it was time/thought that I should/went past the pantry or fridge.

1 packet of low-fat microwavable pasta.

1 box of Pizza Shapes.

Did I mention I slept most of the day? XD
