8am - Bran plus protein pancake, Small nashi pear, Home made protein bar
11am - Egg white, tomato & mushroom omelette
2pm - Cauliflower & broccoli soup, Tuna & salad sandwich on empower bread
5:30pm - Roast pumpkin & spinach pie w. steamed veg, Diet jelly
9pm- Carb smart icecream
10pm - Small tin of tuna

You eat some yummy stuff Sarah, gotta love Empower foods :D I think its important when being healthy/ loosing weight to eat a good variety of foods and keep it interesting..and empowers recipes are awesome 4 that.

Breakfast- small bowl of Just Right with skim milk, peppermint tea

Shopping...

Lunch- subway vegie delite on wheat, diet coke

More shopping hehe...

Snacking at my bestie's place- a few Pods (for those who don't know these little chocolate morsels of goodness, I suggest you go down to the shops and buy some!) and a handful of pizza shapes

Dinner at her place- pumpkin soup with chilli and chicken stock in it (was soooo good. She also cooked the boys a shepherd's pie which from all reports was delicious but I don't eat pork/beef), peppermint tea

I remember Pods lol.... very dangerous! Well done on only eating a few :wink:

Yes, the empower foods are great. I'm loving the bread at the moment. I've been putting a couple of teaspoons of poppy seeds in it, and the last lot I also added some LSA. It was great! Best bit is eating the crusts hot out of the oven 8)

Breakfast: Nudie Yoghurt

Lunch: Two slices of Turkish bread, one with Hommus the other with low-fat Brie.

Dinner: Two cold tablets followed by lots of sleep!

For a fat person, I sure need to start eating more...
