    Small bowl of Just Right with Skim Milk, Skim Milk coffee

At work:
    White tea, 1 salada

BFAST: Gluten free Rice Cereal, skim milk and 1 teaspoon milo

MTEA: Corn Crackers (gluten free) x 3 with philli cheese spread (sour cream and chives)

LUNCH: Chicken in a mustard sauce with rice (gluten free of course)

DINNER: Undecided

D-hmmm not too sure, maybe fish/chicken and steamed veg

Breakfast: 3 Weetbix with milk and a teaspoon and a half of sugar.

Lunch: Nasi Goreng and Vege Noodles

Dinner: Will probably be pasta with chunky sauce.

Snacks: When I get snacky, I'll let you know :D

5am - Protein crunch
8am - Small banana, Bran Plus protein pancake, Home made protein bar
11am - Egg white, tomato & mushroom omelette
2pm - Zucchini soup, Tuna & salad sandwich on empower bread
5:30pm - Tofu & veg stir fry, Almonds
9pm - TVP meatloaf wrap w. cheese & salad, Diet jelly
