How organised am I today! I'm off to a training course today, so here's what I will be eating... note: none of the predicted cakes, biscuits, sandwiches etc, etc, are included. I'll probably over-indulge in black coffee though
8am - Bran plus, Protein crunch, Mandarine, Home-made protein bar
10:30am - TVP meatloaf & salad wrap, coffee haha
1pm - Tuna & salad sandwich on empower bread, Musashi protein shake
3:30pm - Protein pancake (made out of egg white, LSA, psyllium husk & vanilla protein powder... interesting hehe), and probably more coffee!
6pm - Low carb veggie lasagne (made out of the power wraps) w. steamed veg, Diet jelly
9pm - Zucchini soup, Small tin of tuna
