Muesli with apricot and strawberries, 2 pieces of fruit and nut toast with peanut butter and the juice/kelp mix
went out with the girls from Honours - had chicken, broccoli, mushroom risotto and a glass of wine.
2 lentil burgers with bean salad, glass of G&T
1 kiwifruit, 1 plum, 1 square of 85% cocoa chocolate, cup of natures cuppa

15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
