7:00 - mandarine

8:30 - muesli

10:00 - 1 hr of skipping (interspersed with stretching due to muscles being very sore. Am VERY pooped and everything is shaky and I was sweating bucketloads. Maybe I over did it. :? )

12:45 - ham/avocado/tomato/capsicum/chilli/cheese roll, toasted

2:00 - muesli bar

6:00 - fruit and nuts

7:30 - pumpkin soup and garlic bread

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

I think I'm too cold to be hungry :( Went out til 2am last night, but woke up pretty early.

Just been drinking water and

1:20pm- large mug of peppermint tea

breakfast: small bowl of porridge (berry flavoured quick oats. yum) with chopped up banana on top - full cream milk (hate skim)

lunch: 2 minute noodles - again. getting a bit bored of this and i know it's not the healthiest thing ever, but its all i've been able to afford this past week!

snack: will be 2 thin mixed grain rice cakes with philly extra light. i love that it tastes like cottage cheese :)

dinner: will be small Bondi burger (with chilli) from Oporto. might have some salad or vegies when i get home.

Drinking nothing other than water today. i WILL get to the 2 litres a day, first step is getting to 1 litre a day!!

12am - Peanut butter 25g, Natural yoghurt 100g :oops:
7:30am - Start the Day shake
8am - Bran plus w. protein crunch
10:30am - Oatmeal & egg white pancake
1pm - Tuna & salad sandwich on empower bread
2:30pm - Home made protein bar
5pm - Tofu & veg stir fry
7pm - Two glasses of white wine
9pm - Protein crisps, Diet jelly, 1/2 HPLC bar

A few extra calories in there today - doh :roll:
