Breakfast- Mug of peppermint tea and 6 cracked pepper watercrackers (these things are soooo good and not too bad for you 6 = under 315kjs total) :D

Going to the bfs house to have to be VERY careful not to snack as it is very much a boy's boys house (microwave meals, alcohol, soft drinks and snacks galore :? )

8:00- 2 slices fruit and nut sourdough with peanut butter

9:30 - 20 min walk to shop, 20 min walk home,

12:00 - muesli bar, fruit and nuts, toasted salad and cheese roll.

1:00 - 1.5 hrs chopping and stacking wood. (don't worry, I left some for the bloke to do :wink: )

2:30 - a sliver or 2 of cheese and some dates

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
