Breakfast- mug of skim milk milo

Lunch with a friend I've known since we were 4!- Subway pumpkin soup (I definitely recommend it.. so filling) and 390ml diet coke

3:30pm snack- 6" vegie delite subway (I bought it at lunch but the soup was so filling!)

My best friend's housewarming is tonight and she's a brilliant chef... will try to be good *halo*!
