Breakfast
bowl of muesli with strawberries, apricot, banana, LSA and low fat milk, and the kelp/juice mix.

Lunch
a left over lentil burger with salad
freshly juiced carrot, apple, celery and ginger juice

Snack
1 banana

Feel Bad Food
1 piece of fruit and nut toast with peanut butter, 1 dozen pistacio nuts :cry:

Dinner
spaghetti with vegie sauce, glass of G&T

1 piece of 85% cocoa chocolate and a cup of tea

Breakfast: (at a breakfast meeting in town) a small muffin.
Lunch: I tried a Lean Cuisine for the first time ever - not bad either.
Dinner will be: grilled pork fillet and salad.
No snacks as I am going to fit some flyscreens on the doors :shock: Naughty doggie ripped them out!!
