Breakfast- was in a rush so none :oops:

Lunch- small bowl of spring onion/corn/chicken soup, tiny bread roll, slice of wholemeal bread, 99% fat free maggi noodles with peas/corn added.

Snack- skim milk white tea

Dinner- either rice or pasta with chicken and vegies.

CW- 57kgs, GW- 53kgs (8kgs lost!)

Snack- 2 x wholemeal tuna toasted sandwiches

Dinner- small bowl of rice, chicken curry and green beans

After dinner- cappuccino that my boy made me

hehe confusing... ok well the breakfast and lunch are on first post (snack and dinner were just plans) and the second post was what I ended up having for snack and dinner :D
