8am - Bran Plus w. protein crunch & natural yoghurt, Small banana, Home made protein bar
11am - Tuna & pumpkin slice w. steamed spinach, Start the Day shake
2pm - TVP meatloaf sandwich on empower bread, Zucchini soup
5:30pm - Roast pumpkin & spinach pie w. steamed veg, Diet jelly
9pm - LSA & egg white pancake

Breakfast- mandarine and small glass of daily orange juice

Lunch- bowl of spinach and rice, 6 cracked pepper crackers with tablespoon of olive dip

Snack- mug of peppermint tea

CW- 57kgs, GW- 53kgs (8kgs lost!)

brekky-- 2 weetbix, skim milk,
white tea,1 sugar

m/tea--dairy farmers p/fruit yoghurt, yummy, coffee 1 sug

lunch--healthy choice meal;beef and pasta, i mandarin decaf 1sug

a/tea--i banana, decaf cappucino (nescafe pkt one)

Tea-- devilled sausages, pkt low fat carbonara, peas, beans,
corn cobbette
30 min Curves workout, plus on the run at work all day

PROBABLY NOT THE BEST DAY, FOOD WISE
