rice bubbles
no fat milk
1 level teaspoon sugar
2 cups coffee :shock: (coffee is my wake-up pill)

Morning Dolly

Breakfast
Yoghurt & Raspberries

Lunch will be
3 Salada Crackers with Ham, Tomato & Cucumber

I won't add Dinner yet, I did last night and as I didn't finish around the birds till about 7.30pm I was to exhausted and just had a cup of lite Mushroom soup and 3 pieces of wheat free / soughdough type bread toasted with a little vegimite. I will probably have what I was going to have last night.

Breakfast
muesli with strawberries, apricot, banana, LSA, LFM and the kelp/juice mix.

Snack
1/2 a banana

Lunch
left over lentil burger with left over pasta sauce in a sandwich of multigrain bread.

Snack
1 apple, carrot sticks (1/2 carrot) and hommous, a dozen sakatas, cup of tea

Dinner
Went out, had crumbed fish on a bed of salsa with rice and sour cream and avocado. Didn't eat the sour cream, and only had 3/4 of the fish before I was full. And a stubbie of beer

one smallish piece of Italian bread

dinner:

Japanese noodles with stir-fried cabbage, capsicum, mushroom, carrot and onion
latte

snack.

breakfast: whey delish pancakes(2), 1 apple and 1 lemon & ginger tea with an apple twist

lunch:alfalfa,beetroot, carrot, dill,coriander, flaxseed oil and 1 piece crumbed fish

snack:sweetie pie flax crackers (2)

tea:asparagus, sauteed green peppers,garlic,shallot, onion, parsley and lean beef

water consumption: 2L
healthy oil I consumed: 2 tablespoons
