muesli with strawberries, apricot, banana, LSA, LFM and the kelp/juice mix.

left over lentil burger with left over pasta sauce in a sandwich of multigrain bread.
1 apple, carrot sticks (1/2 carrot) and hommous, a dozen sakatas, cup of tea
Went out, had crumbed fish on a bed of salsa with rice and sour cream and avocado. Didn't eat the sour cream, and only had 3/4 of the fish before I was full. And a stubbie of beer
