I was going to eat a can of tuna for breakky,
but ended up serving half of it to the cat :? (she kept pestering me)

Breakfast
muesli with strawberries, banana and apricot with LSA and LFM, 2 pieces of multigrain toast with banana

Lunch
Chilli bean pie with chutney

Snack
1 apple and a whole bunch of water - I'm so thirsty since it was too busy at the market to drink for most of the day :(
cup of tea, a plum and 1/2 a piece of chocolate

Dinner
Will be peppered chicken breast and salad (the bloke will have baked vegies)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
