7am Breakfast- Bowl of Just Right with skim milk and glass of Daily Juice

10:30am At work Instant coffee with tiny amount of milk

12:45pm Lunch Going to have Subway soup (hope it's minestrone today but I don't know), 2 tobiko sushi handrolls and a large diet coke

5am - Natural yoghurt 100g
8am - Small apple, Bran plus protein pancake, Home made protein bar
11am - Tuna & pumpkin slice w. steamed green veg, Musashi shake
2pm - Pumpkin soup, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich on empower bread
6pm - Roast pumpkin & spinach pie w. steamed veg, Almonds & cup of tea
9pm - LSA & egg white pancake, Diet jelly

Dinner- was the bf's 8-year-old sister's bday... and she chose where to go for dinner. Maccas. Had 10 pack nuggets with S&S sauce, small fries and bottle of Mt Franklin, so not TOO bad.
