Yoghurt & Mango Smoothie

2 vitabrits, strawberries, banana, apricot with LSA and LFM, 1 piece of wholemeal souyrdough toast with banana

Snack
1 apple

Lunch
I lolly frog (prize for finishing the maze), 1 wholemeal salad sandwich

Snack
a raspberry sorbet cone (no dairy), cup of tea

Dinner
1 1/2 summer kitchen pies with salad, cup of tea

Had a really unhealthy day as far as food went.
Been travelling down south to see DH's family. At lunch time my husband bought us all some chicken treat. Then this evening I made a big pot of christmas fudge and I licked the bowl :oops: instead of having dinner.
