5am - Empower toast w. vege spread
8am - Small nashi pear, Bran protein pancake, Home made protein bar
10am - Musashi shake
11am - Egg white, tomato & mushroom omelette
2pm - Pumpkin soup, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich on empower bread
5:30pm - Tofu & veg stir fry, Diet jelly
8:30pm - Musashi SLM bar, Carb smart icecream

Today I had:

2 vita brits with skim milk and dried apricots
I tub of low fat yoghurt
I small tin of minestrone soup with 2 slices of turkish bread and butter (perhaps not the best choice!)
1 cupa soup and a small slice of cheese.
