Breakfast
2 vita brits with banana, strawberries, apricot and LFM. 1 slice of wholemeal sourdough toast with squished banana. Juice/kelp.

Snack
1 plum

Lunch
Wholemeal Sourdough salad sandwich, 1 apple

Snack
1 plum, 1 kiwifruit, 1/2 square of 85% cocoa chocolate, piece of bread with peanut butter and honey. I could eat a horse right now. Why am I so hungry and for carbs? :? Make that 2 pieces of bread with peanut butter and honey :oops: but I think I'm done now

Dinner
Salad and zucchini slice. glass of G&T, bowl of fruit salad and low fat yoghurt.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

breakfast: whey delish pancakes (2) and lemon and ginger tea with an apple twist
snack: flax crackers
lunch:sauerkraut and fish
afternoon tea: 2 sticks of celery
tea: deli choice blt roll & yoghurt berry smoothie

lots of water also and an 240ml glass of orange juice.
