8am - Small apple, Bran protein pancake, Home made protein bar
11am - Egg white & mushroom omelette w. green veg
2pm - Pumpkin soup, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich on empower bread
5:30pm - LC vegetarian lasagne w. steamed veg, Diet jelly
8:30pm - Tuna & pumpkin slice w. salad, Carb smart icecream

Breakfast- plain bread roll (heated in the microwave) and mug of milo

At work- white tea

Lunch- Subway minestrone soup, 6" veggie delite on wheat

Dinner- Not sure yet, probably a bowl of pasta and a skim milk coffee.[/b]

hehe why oh why did I have dinner at my bf's house? His mum went and ordered pizza hut for the boys... they had stacks, I limited myself to 2 pieces... but then I was hungry later and had a bowl of thai spicy noodles, but I think the entire bowl was less kjs than another piece of pizza. I think :oops:

Anyway now I'm just going to drink tea for the rest of the night hehe.
