Can of tuna in brine and a baby spinach salad

Breakfast
muesli with strawberries, banana, apricot, LSA and LFM, kelp/juice mix

Lunch
tuna salad sandwich with wholemeal sourdough bread, 1/2 square of 85% cocoa chocolate and a cup of tea with a chocolate cream bikkie :oops: (I was filling the bloke's bikkie jar that i have been very good at avoiding)

Snack
a dozen sakatas and 1/2 a banana with yoghurt

Dinner
kidney bean tacos with salad toppings
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

2 freshly caught & cooked Crabs Gerry brought back with him (Yummo)

Dinner
Went out and had chicken and Salads
Rockmelon
Kiwifruit
AND 1 tiny Laminton AND 1 tiny little Cream Puff filled with custard :oops: :oops:
