muesli with strawberries, banana, apricot, LSA and LFM, kelp/juice mix
tuna salad sandwich with wholemeal sourdough bread, 1/2 square of 85% cocoa chocolate and a cup of tea with a chocolate cream bikkie
(I was filling the bloke's bikkie jar that i have been very good at avoiding)
a dozen sakatas and 1/2 a banana with yoghurt
kidney bean tacos with salad toppings
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
