I ate today:

Breakfast: 2 vita brits with skim milk and a banana, 1 x nescafe skim mocha coffee

Snack: 1 x 200ml tub of diet yoghurt

Lunch: 1 small bowl of chicken and veg curry with about 1 Cup of rice

1 x nescafe skim mocha coffee
I Freddo Frog :oops:
2 pieces of cheese on 2 water crackers
1 chupa chup :oops:

Dinner: wholemeal muffin (cut in 2) with light philly, 50g of ham and 2 slices of tomato

1 banana

Thats it! I wrote it down now so I can't eat anymore! Saturday nights are the hardest for me.

Bizarre day but meh

Breakfast/Late lunch- 2 x home-cooked frankfurt in bun with sauce

Snack- Wasn't really hungry at shops, so picked off bf's plate of singapore noodles and veggies (he also had lemon chicken which I didn't eat), couple of sips of fanta and couple of sips of Gloria Jeans latte.

Dinner- Plate of plain pasta, black tea

CW- 57kgs, GW- 53kgs (8kgs lost!)
