Breakfast
scrambled eggs with cheese
a kiwi fruit


Snack
1 cup of plain skim yoplus yoghurt
a finely chopped apple

Breakfast
muesli with strawberries, apricot, banana, LSA and LFM. the kelp/juice mix to which I have recently been adding dolomite powder for calcium and some ecchinacia biotic to prevent myself getting the cold everyone else seems to be getting.
Cup of tea

Lunch
glass of orange juice at my graduation, and a tuna salad.

Snack
apple, 2 strawberries and a cup of tea

Dinner
A small serve of spaghetti (1/2 what the bloke had, and smaller than my sister's) with vegetable sauce.

No it definitely was not a diet fudge. I've made 4 batches and the other members have eaten it all. :shock:
I've been asked to make some more tomorrow.
