muesli with strawberries, apricot, banana, LSA and LFM. the kelp/juice mix to which I have recently been adding dolomite powder for calcium and some ecchinacia biotic to prevent myself getting the cold everyone else seems to be getting.

glass of orange juice at my graduation, and a tuna salad.
apple, 2 strawberries and a cup of tea
A small serve of spaghetti (1/2 what the bloke had, and smaller than my sister's) with vegetable sauce.
