Breakfast 9am- Peppermint tea

Lunch 12pm- 6" subway chicken fillet on wheat, GJ tall soy chai latte and 1 tobiko sushi handroll.

Afternoon tea 5pm- Skim milk white tea x 2

CW- 57kgs, GW- 53kgs (8kgs lost!)
