Morning!

Breakfast
muesli with strawberries, banana, apricot and raspberries (they were on special - yummo) with LSA and LFM. My breakfast is really more fruit than muesli. :lol:
The kelp/dolomite/ecchinacea/juice mix.

Snack
glass of freshly juiced carrot, apple, ginger and celery

Lunch
tuna salad sandwich and 1/2 square of 85% cocoa chocolate

Snack
1 apple (was at a free BBQ at the uni - didn't have any)

Dinner
who knows. I can't be bothered cooking.

Ended up going out. I had tai grilled fish on rice with a side salad and a bottle of Hartz Light Bitters.
