muesli with strawberries, banana, apricot and raspberries (they were on special - yummo) with LSA and LFM. My breakfast is really more fruit than muesli.
The kelp/dolomite/ecchinacea/juice mix.
glass of freshly juiced carrot, apple, ginger and celery
tuna salad sandwich and 1/2 square of 85% cocoa chocolate
1 apple (was at a free BBQ at the uni - didn't have any)
who knows. I can't be bothered cooking.
Ended up going out. I had tai grilled fish on rice with a side salad and a bottle of Hartz Light Bitters.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
