Breakfast- Small bowl of crunchy nut with skim milk (checked the box, not as bad as i'd thought approx 700kj including milk), mug of peppermint tea

At work- White tea

CW- 57kgs, GW- 53kgs (8kgs lost!)

breakfast: 2 teaspoons of milo and 250ml of full cream milk (201)

lunch: 1 pumpkin and crouton cup a soup
2x plain saos (201)

2x slices of white thin bread
1/2 teaspoon of canola lite spread
1/2 teaspoon of vegemite (190)

snack: 1 green apple (61)
1x jarrah chocolatte (40)
2x glass of coke zero (2)

dinner: chicken curry
1/2 cup of white rice (326)

after dinner: 2 teaspoons milo
200ml full cream milk (170)

2litres of water

total for the day: 1189 calories

Lunch- 3 tobiko sushi handrolls, 1 smoked salmon sushi handroll (approx 2500kj total), bottle of diet coke (10kj)

5am - Mountain bread w. vege spread
8am - Small apple, Bran plus w. protein powder & diet yoghurt, Home made protein bar
11am - Egg white, tomato & mushroom omelette
2pm - Mushroom soup, TVP meatloaf sandwich on empower bread
4pm - Almonds
6pm - Savoury tofu w. steamed veg, Diet jelly
9pm - Tuna & salad
