Fay, maybe you should get a parrot-sitter (someone to look after the parrots) so you can disappear till Tuesday too.

My mother-in-law has a dozen birds that her neighbour is going to take care of for the week she's staying with us over Christmas. You could even pay the neighbours kids to do it or something.

Breakfast
1 piece of fudge

Lunch
2 egg omelette
with tomato and
1 tablespoon of grated cheese
2 coffees

Dinner
Will be whatever food is being served at the Perth Sheraton Ballroom.
I'm attending the Young Acheivers Award Presentation and dinner
(my future son-in-law was nominated) so I hope the food isn't too fat based.

Breakfast
muesli with raspberries, strawberries, apricot, banana, LSA and LFM, cup of tea. (missed the kelp.juice thing this morning)

Lunch
salad and egg sandwich on wholemeal bread, a wholemeal linseed and 1/2 a soy strawberry muffin - I felt like something sweet and cake-y I figured at least that was not white and fully processed.

Snack
the other half of the muffin and an apricot

Dinner
I think I'll make a lentil dahl and have it with brown rice (the bloke's away for the weekend so I won't hear "but I like white rice" ) and a side of 1/2 a sliced banana with a spoon of yoghurt. 1 glass of G&T

cup of tea and 1/2 a square of 85% cocoa chocolate

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

That would be nice Dolly but we have about 145 Aviaries with well over a thousand Parrots and some very rare ones which is a bit much for kids to look after.

Gerry wouldn't trust his beloved Parrots to just anyone. :)

Enjoy your night out too. :D
