muesli with raspberries, strawberries, apricot, banana, LSA and LFM, cup of tea. (missed the kelp.juice thing this morning)
salad and egg sandwich on wholemeal bread, a wholemeal linseed and 1/2 a soy strawberry muffin - I felt like something sweet and cake-y I figured at least that was not white and fully processed.

I think I'll make a lentil dahl and have it with brown rice (the bloke's away for the weekend so I won't hear "but I like white rice"
) and a side of 1/2 a sliced banana with a spoon of yoghurt. 1 glass of G&T
cup of tea and 1/2 a square of 85% cocoa chocolate
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
