muesli with strawberries, banana, apricot LSA and LFM, 1 piece of toast with peanut butter and honey.

chilli bean pie with chutney and a piece of shortbread  hopefully the situps will compensate

a "bumblebee", and a cup of tee

will be steamed vegies (corn, broccoli, carrot) and some salad.
2 apricots

I'm really not a fan of plain steamed vegies. I used to have lots of butter and salt or gravy or something - anyone know anything saucy to put on steamed vegies that isn't as fattening as butter or cheese sauce?

My stomach was grumbling and threatening to self-digest at 9:30 so I had 2 small slices of Spelt sourdough with hommous and a cup of tea

One of my sons has gone to a christmas party, my other son is at a wedding, my husband and daughter have gone to my sister-in-laws 50th and won't be back till tomorrow morning. I couldn't go because there will be smokers there and I suffer from allergy induced pneumonia (from the smell of tobacco smoke) I have never smoked in my life.

chicken treat
2 rows of white chocolate.

Today was the day I have my once per week chicken treat snack
(I have no excuse for eating the chocolate other than it was there, and I was feeling naughty) Image
