breakfast: 3teaspoons milo
200ml pura whole milk
1x jarrah hot chocolatte
(231)

Lunch:
leftover chicken n veg curry - no rice (212)
1slice of thin multigrain bread (6)
1x glass coke zero (1)

Snack: 1 green apple (61)

bloody starving- 1 tin of spagetti
1 x slice of multigrain toast (153)

dinner: sirloin steak with taco sauce
and 1 tablespoon of ww sour cream
1 steamed spud
broccoli
mixed vegies (403)

dessert: 3teaspoons milo
200ml pura whole milk (193)

total for the day: 1313cals
(according to calorieking im supposed to eat 1520cals a day but im trying to aim for 1200 therefore i am bit over today :S )

Hehe I'm used to seeing me, sarah and a few visitors who pop in and out :D

Breakfast- Big mug of milo with skim milk

Lunch- Indonesian 2min noodles (made 2 packs... saved some in saucepan for later), white tea with skim milk

Later... going out for hot chocolate with my bf.... to stay within kjs, I'm going to have to be VERY good with dinner *halo*

Don't worry about looking like a pig Kate, I think I take out the pig category here :lol: Yours is looking great!

Here we go then...

5am - Small serve of bran plus
8am - Small apple, Bran protein pancake, coffee
10:30am - LSA & egg white pancake, more coffee
1pm - TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich
2:30pm - Home made protein bar, still more coffee (damn training courses!!!)
4:30pm - Roast pumpkin & spinach pie w. steamed veg, Two glasses of wine :oops:
7pm - Pumpkin protein slice, Carb smart icecream (not one, but SIX servings :oops: :oops: Excuses: My throat is getting sore, I'm tired, ra ra ra.... :roll: )

Dinner- Bowl of hokkien noodles with capsicum, beanshoots, carrot and chicken, peppermint tea

Dessert- Pancake parlour hot chocolate with 2 marshmallows, wafer dipped in icecream (from my boy's massive icecream and chocolate sundae)

At home White tea with skim milk, small bread roll with butter (heated)[/b]

Hey Kate, if you are still hungry remember you can have those extra calories set out for you....your body needs the extra fuel if you are exercising remember....the last thing you need is to become ravenous and then have a blow out....... :wink:

yeah true ally. because ive never really counted calories before (last time i lost weight i just cut the bad stuff out and it seemed to work lol) i am just overly cautious i think that i want to stay as close to cals as i can. i reckon ill get used to it in a few weeks time, i just dont want to get complacent.

I understand Kate it can really be quite daunting when you first start with the calorie counting as you realise just how much you can actually have and still lose weight......I know that you will be right as you are sensible :wink:
