2:30pm - Home made protein bar, still more coffee (damn training courses!!!)
4:30pm - Roast pumpkin & spinach pie w. steamed veg, Two glasses of wine
7pm - Pumpkin protein slice, Carb smart icecream (not one, but SIX servings
