Hi Kate!

Do you find that just having milo for breaky fills you up or makes you starving all morning?

Well I guess it depends how you make it, with all milk or 1/2 milk half boiling water. I have milo for breakfast, I make it with 2 teaspoons of milo, about 1-2cm of skim milk on top then the rest boiling water, and it keeps me full til lunchtime or even til 2pm.

Good tip. I'd have thought you'd get a big sugar hit and fizzle out, but this sounds like a pretty good option...

12:30am - Pumpkin & tuna slice (cold straight out of the fridge not a good idea)
8am - Small apple, Bran protein pancake, Home made protein bar
11am - Tomato & mushroom egg white omelette
2:30pm - Pumpkin soup (gosh I hope it was alright, I made it on 23 June :oops: ), TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich, Almonds
6pm - Savoury tofu w. steamed veg, Diet jelly
8:30pm - I'm making a sweet pumpkin protein slice thing and I'm sure I won't be able to resist having a piece (a piece, not three like last time I made it!!)

I was doing so well - breaky and lunch were great and no snacks, but I am soo tired now, having not slept, and I had five kids at dinner time so just ordered pizza to be delivered - should have made myslef an omlette, but couldn't be bothered.....

So today's food;
Breakfast: Bowl of Just right with Skim Milk 175 cals
Lunch: Bowl of chicken and vegetable soup with two slices soy and linseed toast with small amount of spreadable butter 200 cals

Dinner: 4 Slices Chicken and pineapple pizza. :oops: So that was about 800 cals right there!!!

So technically I'm still under, but the nutritional value of today is pretty poor... I'm sure I'll be feeling terrible tomorrow.

Still - pleasedd with myself for not snackign through the day- that's always been my toughest challenge.
