Breakfast: Milo- 2 teaspoons milo, 2cm of skim milk & boiling water approx 400kj
Lunch: Leftover indonesian 2 min noodles in soup (1 small bowl incl soup) approx 1000kj
Now: Mug of peppermint tea 100kj
Pre-shopping snack- 6 green olives 100kj
At shops- 2 x tuna sushi, bottle of diet coke (10kj + 1200kj) 1210kj
Dinner- 2 slices wholegrain bread, tablespoon of cashew and basil dip, 6 green olives, 3 small pieces of chicken (540kj + 200kj + 100kj + 100kj) 940kj
Dessert- Fundraiser freddo hehe 920kj
