Dinner- 2 slices wholegrain bread, tablespoon of cashew and basil dip, 6 green olives, 3 small pieces of chicken

Dessert- Fundraiser freddo hehe

At the boy's place- 1/2 a tiny can of SPC spaghetti (I made him take half so I wouldn't eat it). OK here is where I add up allmy kjs for today...

Breakfast: Milo- 2 teaspoons milo, 2cm of skim milk & boiling water approx 400kj

Lunch: Leftover indonesian 2 min noodles in soup (1 small bowl incl soup) approx 1000kj

Now: Mug of peppermint tea 100kj

Pre-shopping snack- 6 green olives 100kj

At shops- 2 x tuna sushi, bottle of diet coke (10kj + 1200kj) 1210kj

Dinner- 2 slices wholegrain bread, tablespoon of cashew and basil dip, 6 green olives, 3 small pieces of chicken (540kj + 200kj + 100kj + 100kj) 940kj

Dessert- Fundraiser freddo hehe 920kj

At the boy's place- 1/2 a tiny can of SPC spaghetti 200kj

= 4870kj

8pm - Three pieces of protein slice... couldn't help it, it was so delicious!
10pm - Diet yoghurt 100g

Yeah, I don't mind cooking. I normally make up my own recipes just using ideas from ones I have seen, so I can make it to suit myself. Just that occasionally it doesn't work out which is annoying. And cleaning the huge mess in the kitchen is a pain too!

It's just another of my creations... it was basically pumpkin, a bit of sweet potato, tuna (obviously lol), garlic (lovely in the morning!), egg whites (I've got powdered egg white that I put in everthing to stop things falling apart!). I just mixed it together and put it in a small baking tray and cooked it in the oven... it turned out alright :)
