had a sleep in today and didn't get up till 11
muesli with strawberries, banana, apricots, LSA and LFM, 2 slices of spelt sourdough toast with vegemite.
2/3 carrot in sticks, half dipped in homous. 1 kiwifruit and a cup of tea
will be left over dahl and brown rice
and 1 freshly made banana, pecan and oatbran muffin (I used 1/2 wholemeal flour this time too) with a cup of tea
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
