200ml pura milk

i thought i was being good not eating heidis hot chips and also buying my unsalted cashews, some aero mousses and some ww ice cream for snacks over the next couple of days instead of eating the other junk food available.
dont know what to do for dinner now :( guess ill have to starve :(

snack: 1x jarrah hot chocolatte (40)

dinner: 2 slices of multigrain toast with a spread of lite canola margarine and vegemite
1x coke zero (151)

hehe w00t for milo!

Breakfast- 3 teaspoons milo, 2cm milk, boiling water

Job interview today for accounting firm  I'd love the job, but I don't know if they'll hold my age (the fact I'm still at uni) or the fact I have another job (only 1 day a week though) against me... but I guess I said all of that in my CV and they still called... think positiveeeeeee.

thanks jo, for how many cals that was i could have had maccas lol. what a waste. will see how i go with the salad, i am not that hungry at the moment. but thats a great idea cos its low in cals. calorieking says i need about 1500 cals a day but im trying to aim for 1200. as long as in the long run i dont go over 1500 then i should be fine :)

my brain is strange... even if something has more fat than mcdonals or cals etc i still think it must be healthier just because its not mcdonalds lol.. what you had probably had more nutritional value :P

i think the same too!

what about a healthy stir fry with some chicken & vegies but no rice or noodles? that would be quite low cal as well. soup is also pretty good. i have to play games with my mind - i don't feel like i've had a 'proper' meal if i don't eat something hot lol

Soup is great in this icy cold weather - yum! Stir fries are also great and low in cals if you don't use a tonne of oil... I miss salad though, it's just too cold at the moment!

Here's my day so far:

12:30am - Power wraps w. l/f cheese x2 (keep waking up!!)
8am - Small apple, Bran protein pancake, Home made protein bar
10:30am - Strawberry oatmeal pancake
2pm - Mushroom soup, TVP meatloaf sandwich, Musashi SLM bar
6pm - Roast pumpkin & spinach pie w. steamed veggies, Diet jelly

Still undecided as to what I'll have after dinner. Depends how late I stay up and what I feel like...

Well I think the interview went pretty well. At least I looked good  I'll know by tuesday... and uni results by friday...

Dinner: 1/2 a regular KFC extreme burger meal, I had the chicken drumstick, small coleslaw, pepsi max (5kj) and a few chips, (my bf had the zinger burger, most of the chips and then a can of coke at his place).

... and Kate, don't worry about the mistake hun. That's all it was, a little mistake. Just have herbal teas after 6... or if you're really hungry maybe a salad with some lettuce, snowpeas, carrot and tomato pieces. If you have a massive salad at subway with no cheese and no meat it's 210kj I know that, so that is close to nothing for a meal.

thanks madz :) i have decided to have two pieces of vegemite on toast :P what it means though is that i cant have an aero mousse tonight and it will have to wait. the thing is yesterday i was under with my cals so hopefully it all evens itself out by weigh in day. ill seem like a goose weighing in and being the only one who has put on weight cos of the stupid fetticine! lol

btw glad to hear the interview went well. was it scary? i always get really nervous at interviews!

Dinner continued LOL- Small slice of shepherd's pie, one tablespoon of green peas

Dessert- Peppermint tea, fundraiser freddo

Today's total

Breakfast- 3 teaspoons milo, 2cm milk, boiling water approx 500kj

Lunch- 2 slices of wholemeal bread, cashew/basil dip, green olives, melted cheese (it was like a wholemeal pizza), mug of peppermint tea (540kj + 200kj + 200kj + 200kj +100kj) = 1240kj

Dinner- 1/2 a regular KFC extreme burger meal, I had the chicken drumstick, small coleslaw, pepsi max (5kj) and a few chips, (my bf had the zinger burger, most of the chips and then a can of coke at his place), small slice of shepherd's pie, one tablespoon of green peas (585kj + 450kj +5kj + 1500kj) 2540kj <---- WTF sigh.

Dessert- Peppermint tea, fundraiser freddo (100kj + 840kj) 940kj

= 5220kj slightly over but I think I put up a few of my values... like I really don't think peppermint tea is 100kj.
