Morning all!

Breakfast
muesli with strawberries, apricot, LSA and LFM. the kelp/juice mix

Lunch
egg and salad sandwich with light dijonnaise instead of butter and 1/2 square of 85% cocoa choccie.
Cup of tea

Snack
a cup of no fat yoghurt with mushed up strawberries and raspberries (damn blender is broken :x ) and 1 muffin

Dinner
I think I'll make stirfry vegies tonight with rice. the bloke wanted carbohydrates after his weekend, but I feel like stirfry and I'm the one cooking. :P He can have toast for afters if he needs it.

2 slices of vegimite toast
2 cups of coffee
1 glass of orange juice
1 kiwi fruit

Lunch will be 3 Salada Crackers with Ham, Tomato, Cucumber, Onion & Pickled Aspasagus

Dinner will be a Chicken Salad from Subway on the way home after doing some chrissy shopping

breakfast: ww fruity muesli cereal and a herbal tea

snack: some fruit salad and a dollop of natural low fat yoghurt

Lunch: wholemeal roll with cream cheese spread in it and celery,lettuce and alfalfa sprouts in it also. I also had chicken noodle soup in a mug.

afternoon tea will be: banana on wholemeal toast.
