good morning everyone :) its another day :)

breakfast: 1 slice multigrain toast
teaspoon of canola lite marg
1/2 teaspoon vegemite
3teaspoons milo
200 mil of pura whole milk

lunch: bucket of hot chips
1 slice of thick white bread
1 teaspoon of lite canola marg
1 coke zero
(413)

Dinner: lean beef steak
1poached egg
tablespoon of tomato sauce
1 coke zero
(289)

after dinner: raspberry licorice (108)
aero peppermint mousse (104)

was going to have home made hot chips for dinner but i dont feel like more chips after just having them for lunch so just having a steak and and egg

in laws turned up and brought lunch :?

2 litres of water
total for day: 1195 cals

Yay just realised I've been over-estimating my kjs for my daily milo :D It's 478kj (rev low fat) for 250ml and I only put 2cm in my milo... so that's not 200kj is it. I'll make it 100kjs.

Breakfast- 3 teaspoons milo, 2cm skim milk and boiling water

hehe that's for the milk... obviously the milo part of the milo stays the same so 100kjs + whatever the milo was again... kate?

Breaky- Meal replacement shake
M/T- 1 piece multigrain bread with lite peanut butter
Lunch- Salad sandwich on sourdough bread, apple, winter veg cuppa soup
A/T- Diet yoghurt
Dinner- Grilled chicken, mixed vegies, baked potato
Dessert- Diet jelly

Lunch- Homemade pizza (2 slices of wholemeal bread, 2 pieces of shaved cheese on each slice, teaspoon of basil/cashew dip on each piece, 4 olives with olive oil on each slice), tiny glass of orange juice

Now- Mug of peppermint tea

not really. i didnt eat a 'bucket' of them but i checked cal king and they were better than a hamburger :S the slice of bread with the marg on it was yummier haha

6:30am - Baked beans on empower toast, Home made protein bar, Small serve of bran plus
9:30am - Protein crunch w. natural yoghurt, Almonds
12:30 - Tomato & capsicum soup, TVP meatloaf, Tiny piece of my grandma's christmas cake (yes, it has been surviving in my pantry since christmas! Luckily it's well fortified with alcohol, sherry I think...)
4:30pm - Salad w. tuna, Small apple
7:30pm - Pumpkin & spinach pie w. steamed veg, Three glasses of wine, Two bacardi & diet cokes, More almonds, Slice of cheese, Serving of chick nuts, Another home made protein bar, TVP meatloaf in a power wrap, and a partridge in a pear tree :roll:

You can see why I'm putting on weight can't you! :evil:
