good morning everyone :)

breakfast: 1 slice multigrain toast
teaspoon of canola lite marg
1/2 teaspoon vegemite
3teaspoons milo
200 mil of pura whole milk

lunch: 2 slices of multigrain toast no marg
1 tin of spc spagetti

Didn't have lunch til 3.30pm because i was waiting to hear back from mick about what was happening for lunch- he had pizza whilst he was out!! yum yum and i missed out- but at least i didnt get the calories to go with it ;)

dinner: kate's beef stew :)
1 slice of white bread with teaspoon of lite marg
1 coke zero (409)
(i calculated all the vegies separately!)

snacks: 1 cadbury furry friend (nibbled at it for awhile and savoured the taste)

1 aero mousse (104)
100 ml whole milk
2 teaspoons of milo (107)

2LITRES OF WATER

Lunch, Kate darling? :D

I just woke up a bit ago because I was up late last night. It's technically lunch time now but I'm about to have my breakfast Milo. I think I'll have a fruit too because it's been a while since I had any fruit (oopsies :oops: )

Breakfast- Milo (3 teaspoons Milo, 2 cm Low fat Rev milk- just enough to cover the milo at the bottom of the cup, boiling water), 1 banana

hey madz will come back and add lunch and snacks later cos i dont know whats happening with those yet :P but i knew what was happening for dinner cos i had to get the meat out the freezer so thats why ive already added dinner :)

i hate eating fruit in winter. its too cold lol. but i wont force myself to eat it if i dont want it.

Lunch- 4 small slices of beetroot, 1/4 plate of grated carrot, some red capsicum, small chicken breast cut into small pieces (skinless) tossed like a salad, mug of peppermint tea

Breaky- Leftover Celeb Slim shake
M/T- Apple
Lunch- Salad sandwich on sourdough bread, cuppa minestrone soup
A/T- Diet yoghurt, more fruit
Dinner- uuum either burritos or standard meat & 3 veg :)

today i missed out breakfast... had eaten way too much last night at around 12am... yes, 12am!

lunch 3pm: a bowl of chop suey and 3pc bread with flora light spread
(actually i overate a bit, now i'm feeling a bit sick lol....)

dinner: something very light!

7am - Bran protein pancake, Almonds, Pumpkin protein slice
11am - Protein crunch w. warm soymilk (before gym)
1:30pm - Start the Day shake (after gym/before shopping)
3pm - Tuna pumkin slice w. salad, Last morsel of my Nan's Christmas cake :(
5:30pm - Tomato & capsicum soup, Cheese (25g slice), Fish w. steamed veg, Diet jelly
7:30pm - Banana protein bread (fresh from the oven :) ), 100g natural yoghurt

Total 7000kJ
