goodmorning everyone :) hope you have a lovely day :)

Breakfast: 3 teaspoons milo
200 ml pura milk
vegemite on multigrain with lite marg
(281)

Lunch: turkey breast/cheese sandwich on multigrain with lite marg
1 coke zero

Dinner: left over stew
slice of multigrain bread and lite marg
1 coke zero
(as theres not much stew left the serving is smaller than last nights) (278)

Snacks: 20 unsalted raw cashews (166)
swapped my ww vanilla cup for a furry friend- less cals (80)
1 orange (141)
slice of multigrain with lite marg and vegemite (90)
total: 1313 cals

2.5litres of water

Morning Tea: Lite Popcorn

Lunch: couscous with vegies

Dinner: Not certain yet - will think about it later on.


Snacks: Rice crackers (10), Diet Coke, rest of popcorn

5am - FibreX & bran plus
8am - Banana, Bran protein pancake, Protein bar
11am - Egg white & mushroom omelette
2pm - Mushroom soup, Tuna & salad sandwich on empower bread
5:30pm - Savoury tofu w. steamed veg, Diet jelly

Will post my after-dinner exploits later tonight (I have some tuna/pumpkin slice about to grow mould... but then there's the delicious protein banana bread that I made last night :? )

Ok, day 1 of my non binge life :) Im doing ok, so far so good, but the real test will come after dinnertime :) Actually its really wierd to feel 'hungry' its kind of freaking me out, cos Im NEVER hungry...Im always STUFFED..... so, anyway this is what Ive had so far today, will update later with dinner :)

Breaky- Leftover meal replacement shake
M/T- Apple, diet coke
Lunch- Salad sandwich on sourdough, diet cordial,
A/T- 10 plain rice crackers with 1 tbs low fat french onion dip
2 ltres water

well done grace! im starving and all my snacks have been eaten :( lol. ive searched the house for my Extra drops and theyre gone :( mick must have had them on the weekend (he has given up smoking so he likes to have things to suck on to help the cravings) he could have told me so i could get some more lol. i dont want to get in the car in this weather and go buy some because i know that i will buy other things i dont need :(

p.s. heidi is banging a block on her head and laughing :shock: thats how i feel Moo!!

Maybe if u do a little more exercise you can fit in another snack? Something low in cals...like salad or fruit or something??

yeah i might make a slice of bread with marg and vegemite on it. just to get me through til dinner in 3 hours time. i have worked out quite a bit today but might jump on the bike yet again :?

**got a bit of a surprise with the caramel Le Rice...I bought it cause it said it was only 150 Calories, but when I entered into Calorie King it said it was 209 Calories!! Still ok for a snack, but it would have been tuff buns if it had of put me over my limit..... :shock:

thats no good at all about the le rice. :? thats not very clear on the packaging then is it :( i like reading your food diary ally :)
