36!!!!!!!! I'd die. It's going to be 21 here today.
2 slices of spelt sourdough toast with vegemite, a banana and the kelp/juice/dolomite mix.
1 apricot, 1 kiwi fruit
the rest of the dahl with rice
marinated steak with salad, steamed corn, broccoli and peas, roasted onion, garlic and beetroot, 2 pieces of potato (1/4 whole potato).
After dinner I went to a friend's house for a catch up with some Uni friends. There was cake, cupcakes and bikkies galore. I was very controlled, however and had only:
2 cups of tea (no sugar, not sure what kind of milk) one very thin slice of cake (1 cm at the thick end), and 1 biscuit.
I was pretty pleased with that considering a few weeks ago it would have been a big slice of cake, 2 cupcakes, 3 bikkies and a sugar in each tea
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
