I really want to lose weight slowly hence why I eat quite a bit - but all mostly healthy! I have lost heaps of weight within 2-3 weeks in the past from starving myself, etc. I always pile it back on. This time slow and steady wins the race! I am going to lose 25 kilos at 1 kilo per week! And then keep it off and change the way I eat!

Heres todays food intake :-

Cleanser
Warm Water with Lemon

Breakfast
Muesli with Skim Milk
5 x Strawberries

Morning Snacks
Banana
LCM Bar
Yoghurt Sprinkled with Oats

Lunch
Carrot & Cucumber Sticks
Salsa Dip
Goulburn Valley Fruit Snack

Planned Snack
Bag of Plain Bean Sprouts (they are okay... just something to munch on. They are so healthy that you prob burn more eating them than actual amount of kilojoules in them!)
Normal Coffee with Skim Milk (no sugar)

Dinner
My brother has invited the fam over to meet his girlfriends parents and they are serving gourmet pizzas. I have planned to have 2 slices of pizza and water. No dessert or snacks.

Oh Grace don't give up - I know exactly what it is like. I used to take a trip to the cupboard every 5 minutes.... my parents used to call me the 'ant' cos every open packet I would finish!

Do you know what the best solution is? Don't buy things that will tempt you - change your grocery habits! I only moved out of home recently after getting married and now I am in control of what I buy.... therefore in control of what I eat!

Buy more fresh food than anything else - pre chop up carrots and celery and when you are tempted to binge, FORCE yourself to the fridge to eat some of your cut up veges. I've been eating them with either Salsa or Tzatziki dip!

I never thought I could stop binging but like last night I stood at the cupboard and stared at the chocolate and lollies and I talked to myself. I said..... hmmm I could eat this chocolate but what good will it do me.... I could eat 1 x marshmallow but then I would want more. So I closed the cupboard and busied myself with other things.

Well everyone is different of course but I hoped that helped a little :) Good luck! xx
