hey gracie good on you for noting it down. a suggestion i have is to get a white board marker and write on your fridge (dont worry i comes off with spray and wipe :P). every time you get something to 'binge' on write it on the fridge in big writing. when you keep adding to it it will kick in what you are eating.

also another suggestion is at night when connor is in bed make your snacks for the following day. put them in a lunchbox and put it in the fridge. when you feel like eating take a snack out of the lunchbox in the fridge.

Thanks I will keep those in mind for sure...especially the fridge one...it would be a big visual help :)

Just found out the restaurant tonight is mexican... yum! but uh oh... Figuring out how many kjs I have to spend tonight.

Breakfast- Small apple, skim milk milo (360kj + 218kj) = 578kj

Snack (at work)- White coffee 95kj

Lunch- 3 tobiko sushi, 1 tuna sushi and a 390ml diet coke (769kj x 3 + 8kj) = 2315kj (lovely :? )

So far today

= 2988kj

ok I have roughly 2000kj at this mexican restaurant :shock: ... *prays for a miracle*

Mexican sounds great! Don't stress too much. Sometimes it's good to have one higher calorie day in amongst the low ones... it gives your metabolism a bit of a boost :wink: (says me who uses this as an excuse to go an an eating rampage lol, but the theory is correct :roll: )

Mexican restaurant was delicious but I don't even want to think how far over my 5000kj daily limit I am.

I went into dinner having had 3757kj.

Dinner- I had cajun chicken with spicy rice, guacamole and some kind of spicy sauce. I also had a diet coke and a sip of some special mexican punch (I knew it was full of kjs, but I had to try it). At least I turned down the wine.... After dinner, I had a latte, but they didn't have skinny milk. It was also very strong so I was forced to add 2 teaspoons of sugar for the first time in over a year :? But the company was great as was the food... tomorrow's a new day.

Daily estimate- I'd say somewhere around 7500-8500kj

Daily total 1884 out of 2000

Water:
3L

Had a strange day...didn't feel like eating much through the day as I am bloating up for TTOTM....third time lucky, lets see if they arrive this month :roll:

Ok, after I got home last night I ate:
- 1 bag of protein crisps
- 1 serve of baked beans in a power wrap
- a piece of my pumpkin protein slice
- 4 (yes, 4) 40g servings of mixed nuts & dried fruits
- a piece of TVP meatloaf wrapped in mountain bread
- about 20g of low fat cheese

Ruined a perfectly good day :evil:

Oh and a glass of wine while I was out, nearly forgot that!
