Breakfast
muesli with strawberries, raspberries, apricot and banana, LSA and LFM

Snack
the other half of the banana and the kelp/dolomite/juice mix.

Lunch
2 slices of toast with low fat dijonnaise (no butter) boiled egg and tomato with curry powder, 1/2 square of 85% cocoa chocolate

Snack
1 apricot and a muffin

Dinner
Zucchini slice, steamed corn and salad. Fruit salad and no-fat yoghurt.

Cup of tea, no sugar, LFM

Breakfast: one weetbix with handful of muesli and milk

2 coffees

1 mint choc biscuit

loosing by eating low fat, natural, organic and fresh
