the other half of the banana and the kelp/dolomite/juice mix.
2 slices of toast with low fat dijonnaise (no butter) boiled egg and tomato with curry powder, 1/2 square of 85% cocoa chocolate
1 apricot and a muffin
Zucchini slice, steamed corn and salad. Fruit salad and no-fat yoghurt.
Cup of tea, no sugar, LFM
