good morning everyone :) ready and raring to go :)

Breakfast: 3 teaspoons of milo
200 ml pura milk (191)

Snack: 1xmultigrain toast
lite canola spread
vegemite (90)
1 jarrah chocolatte (40)

Lunch: lite ham &tomato sauce toasted sandwich (187)
1 coke zero (1)

Snack:
20 cashews (166)

Dinner: spagetti bolognaise (394)
1 coke zero (1)

After dinner: aero peppermint mousse (104)

2 litres of water


total: 1174 cals
(going to see if i can get one of those nice oranges off mum this morning :P )

hehe morning Kate *hugs*

I haven't had anything yet, but this is my rough plan (still got a full tummy from last night's yummy dinner)

Breakfast- mug of peppermint tea

Lunch- mug of milo or tea, can of tuna, veggies of some sort

Dinner- Small portion of whatever my mum or my boy's mum cooks :D

8am - Banana, Bran protein pancake, Protein bar
11am - Mushroom egg white omelette
2pm - Mushroom soup, Tuna & salad sandwich on empower bread
5:30pm - Spinach & riccotta thing I made, Steamed veg, Diet jelly

I'll post my after dinner eating later tonight. I am determined that the list will be far shorter today!!!!

Ok this is what I actually had:

Breakfast/Lunch- Shared "large" plate of food court chinese food with my boyfriend, it was smaller than a normal dinner plate. (cashew chicken and cooked vegetables, thai sweet chilli chicken, capsicum and beans and fried rice), Starbucks chai tea (was being good)

Now- Black tea

Here goes.... I think I have a pretty good routine here with what I eat. I had a Nutella snack today but I had four left at home and I just thought why not... they are fairly low in kilojoules and I've been healthy the rest of the day :)

Cleanser
Warm Water with Lemon

Breakfast
Muesli with Skim Milk
7 x Strawberries

Morning Snacks
Banana
LCM Bar
Nutella Snack

Lunch
Carrot & Cucumber Sticks
Salsa Dip
Bowl of Fruit Salad

Snack
Bag of Plain Bean Sprouts

Dinner
Lamb Stir Fry with Noodles (I am cooking it all fresh - I love cooking fresh food!)

Snack
Ginger Tea
(Chop up slices of fresh ginger, add lemon and a dash of honey and let sit in some boiling hot water. Then strain. I LOVE the ginger!)
Starting Weight - 85kg
Current Weight - 82.5kg
Goal Weight - 60kg

Dinner- 1/2 220g can SPC spaghetti tomato and cheese and 1/2 100g can tuna/mayonnaise/corn mix, 250ml warm skim milk (354kj + 350kj + approx 500kj) = 1204kj

Ok Im hoping to get to 1 day no binges after this evening :D Im doing really well, havent binged yet (first day in months without a binge by this time of night! :lol: ) yaaaay!!!
BREAKFAST-
Oats, low fat milk, few sultanas
LUNCH-
Salad roll (mulitgrain) apple
A/TEA-
15 rice crackers with french onion dip
DINNER-
Serve deli chicken no skin, mashed potato, mixed peas and corn
DESSERT-

good work gracie i bet you feel empowered by it already. what are the ww cookies and cream cups like? i just had the french vanilla ones this week and its shopping day on saturday so want to try some more :)

I have decided not to have my pieced of toast for dinner so that brings my total cals back to 1587 and with my jogging I think I am still doing fine!

Dinner at my boys place was some beef stew with vegetables, stock and rice but that was not going to be good for my kjs.

I made myself a special meal :D

Can of tuna with spicy capsicum and 1 cup of white rice and cup of black tea (580kj + 870kj + 10kj) 1460kj

3224kj + 1460kj

Today's total

= 4684kj
