Well done for not bingeing, Gracie :D :D How'd you go for the rest of the night?

Hey Sarah, I've always wanted to ask - seeing as that you work full time, how do you manage to have your snacks like omlettes and stuff at 11am!? Do you make them at work!? Or prepare the night before and heat up??

Hi Emma. No, I make it all the night before and heat them in the microwave here :wink:

My list continued:
- 2 pieces of my protein cakes/slices from the freezer (defrosted first I'm not that desperate!!)
- Protein crisps (they stood no chance!)
- Another two serves of fruit/nuts (they need to go in the bin, but I just can't do it!!)

better late than never.....with all the dramas of the last couple of days ladies you will have to excuse me for being a day late!!

Porridge (1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup l/f milk 2 tsps sugar)
1 coffee

2 coffees
1 slice bread with 1 slice chicken loaf

Ham, cheese, tomato and onion toasted sandwich (m/g)

Caramel Le Rice

2 eggs scrambled with 1 serve l/f cheese, tomato, and onion, 2 slices toast

30g licorice
1 glass orange juice no added sugar

Daily Total: 1773 out of 2000

Water: 2.5L
