hello everyone!! hope you all have a fantastic day :)

Breakfast: 3 teaspoons of milo
200 ml pura milk (191)


Lunch: left over spag bol (less than Half the size of last nights)
(189)
slice of nobile rise rye and spelt with lite canola (126)
1 coke zero


Dinner: grilled minute steak with taco sauce and ww lite sour cream
steamed potato, mixed vegies and broccoli
(290)
1 coke zero

Snacks:
apple (63)
cashews (166)
aero chocolate mousse (66)
furry friend choc (80)

total: 1172cals (will add more later probs)

Breakfast- Small apple, 1 smooth tablespoon milo (was too lazy to get a teaspoon), with a tiny little bit extra... so I guess 5 teaspoons? Idk. Ill budget for that. + 3cm milk (218kj + 455kj + 100kj) = 773kj

Off to lunch with 2 of my best friends today... so have to be really good not to 1) overspend, I'm a sucker for shoes and clothes... and lately scarves and jewellery :D 2) overeat... one of them is like 58kg and can eat whatever she wants, the other is larger but eats whatever she wants anyway, she suggests "let's go get something to eat" every couple of hours, and I usually get something too. WILLPOWER madz! = uh-oh. I'm planning to have a subway 6" roll and a large diet coke, and just sip on it all day until I get home.

Hi guys! :D mmm steak with taco sauce and sour cream mmmmm :)
well, I DID IT!! :lol: I DIDNT BINGE YESTERDAY!!! :lol: I am soooo proud of myself :) First time in about 3 months, so it really feels good! :) I have decided that from today Im going to have a go counting points using my sisters books...so here goes-
Ok, the plan for today is-
BREAKFAST-
Oats, low fat milk, 1/2 tbs sultanas (3, 1.5, .5)
M/T-
Apple (1)
LUNCH-
Chicken noodle cuppa soup, toasted sandwich (ham and cheese) (2.5, 5)
A/T-
Maybe yoghurt and fruit (2, 1)
DINNER-
Grilled chicken, baked potato with ww sour cream and sweet chilli, mixed vegies (4, 2, 0)
= 22 POINTS....apparently Im supposed to be on 26 so Ill have somthing else later and update :)

Lunch- subway footlong vegie delite on wheat, with cheddar cheese, tomatos, cucumber, carrot, pickles, olives and jalapenos, oh and mayo hehe, 600ml diet coke (1916kj + 708 + 368kj +10kj) = 3002kj (I doubled all the values... I don't know if that's right, it seems an awful lot for a roll with veggies and mayo. ????????

Ok well peppermint teas (10kj each) til dinnertime :)

i'm not sure either madz. but i do know that subway surprises me each time with how many cals are in most of their menu items.

5am - Half serve of FibreX
8 am - Small apple, Bran plus w. vanilla protein powder & diet yoghurt, Home made protein bar
10:30am - LSA protein pancake
2pm - Capsicum & celery soup, Tuna & salad sandwich on empower bread
3:30pm - Musashi SLM bar (finally gave in to my chocolate cravings... just got in my car and drove to get it :oops: At least there's some nutritional value in it rather than plain chocolate!)
6:30pm - Spinach & ricotta slice w. steamed veg, Diet jelly
8:30pm - Protein banana bread, Camomile tea (even though I hate it maybe it will help me stay asleep...)

Dinner- Big bowl of fried rice and stir fry green leafy vegies, mug of peppermint tea.

As I was already a little under 4000kj, it is safe to assume I'm now around 5500kj- 6000kj. Bit annoying, but at least I know now that subway wasn't as good in kjs as I'd thought.

Breakfast: 1x coffee, white with full cream milk and 1 teaspoon sugar.
2x wholemeal toast with 1 tsp margarine and 1 tbsp of jam

Lunch: 1x bowl of fried rice with sweet chilli sauce and
1x glass of coke

Dinner: having dinner out at a friend's hopefully it something healthy.

Water: 600mls
