I DIDNT BINGE YESTERDAY!!!
I am soooo proud of myself
First time in about 3 months, so it really feels good!
I have decided that from today Im going to have a go counting points using my sisters books...so here goes-
Ok, the plan for today is-
Oats, low fat milk, 1/2 tbs sultanas (3, 1.5, .5)
Chicken noodle cuppa soup, toasted sandwich (ham and cheese) (2.5, 5)
Maybe yoghurt and fruit (2, 1)
Grilled chicken, baked potato with ww sour cream and sweet chilli, mixed vegies (4, 2, 0)
= 22 POINTS....apparently Im supposed to be on 26 so Ill have somthing else later and update
