Shopping day with mum...usually a minefield to battle here, but surprisingly got through the day unharmed :wink:

Brekkie:
2 slices m/g toast
25g cheese
1 coffee

Snack:
1 WW Fruit of the Forest bar

Lunch:
roast pork (deli), cheese toasted sandwich (m/g)
1 coffee

Snack:
25g old gold macadamia chocolate

Dinner:
Steak Pie (home made from STGTBT book 2)
150g potato in jacket
frozen vege assortment

Snack:
1 banana
1 cup l/f milk + 3 tsps milo
200g l/f natural yoghurt with honey

Daily Total: 1961 out of 2000

Water: 2.5L
