Lunch was delicious but not very good for my WL journey. However I didn't make it, I only ate what was prepared for me.

Lunch- 2 cups rice, small prawn omelette, some type of salty asian fish, stir fried vegetables. I don't know how to work out the kjs in this either... I'm going to say 3600kj, 1600 for the rice and 2000 for everything else.

Now- Mug of peppermint tea 3kj

Hay Sarah - I am interested in the Egg White Powder (I looked on the sites that you gave in another post). Are they easy to use and do they taste ok?

Yeah it's really easy. You just mix it up with water and use it like regular egg whites (it gives the ratio of powder to water on the packet). Either in cooking, or on it's own like in an omelette. I think it tastes quite good (not being an egg connoisseur lol). And it's got heaps of protein, and really filling as well 8)
