Not a very good day :( . I was abit depressed. So I had:

Breakfast: Coffee
4x toast with peanut butter

Lunch: Nacho's and Tropical fruit drink from Mrs Mauds

Dinner: Pizza BBQ meat lovers and Garlic Bread
1x glass coke.

See shocking day. Back on track tomorrow. One good thing got no money for junk food for 2 weeks.

hey rochelle

we have days like this mate, i have also found that if i dont have the money things like that arent as tempting because i know i just CANT have them. tomorrow is a new day and good on you for making the food diary :)

1 serve Steak Pie (leftovers)

1 tbs light philly cheese

mince and pasta bake

25g old gold macadamia choc
1 milo

Daily Total: 1735 out of 2000

Water: 2.5L

*sigh* I got caught in the grip of the binge monster last night... I did manage to stop myself... eventually!

Let's see if I can remember what I ate:
- Banana protein bread, 2 pieces
- Almonds, about 20
- 40g boxes of mixed nuts x3 (they're all eaten now, no more! I was going to start on the fruit and nut ones but I didn't - some went out into my car, and some, which were out of date, went in the bin!)
- Low fat cheese, about 25g
- 2 slices of freshly baked empower bread
- The last of my home made protein bars

And that's all. At least I managed the other half of my pledge. I woke up twice and did not eat anything. I had a bit of water and went back to bed both times :)
