muesli with strawberries, raspberries, apricot, banana, LSA, and LFM. And the kelp/dolomite/juice mix. I swear the kelp is helping me out a lot (even if it tastes like crapola).
some left over zucchini slice with a little hot english mustard, 1 kiwi fruit
spaghetti with vegi sauce. I only had a small serve (maybe 2/3 of what the bloke had). I'm still hungry though, probably because I didn't have an afternoon snack. I'll have some strawberries, banana and no-fat yoghurt for dessert.
