Breakfast
Yoplus, plain skim yoghurt
containing 2 chopped kiwi fruits

Breakfast
muesli with strawberries, raspberries, apricot, banana, LSA, and LFM. And the kelp/dolomite/juice mix. I swear the kelp is helping me out a lot (even if it tastes like crapola).

Lunch
some left over zucchini slice with a little hot english mustard, 1 kiwi fruit

Dinner
spaghetti with vegi sauce. I only had a small serve (maybe 2/3 of what the bloke had). I'm still hungry though, probably because I didn't have an afternoon snack. I'll have some strawberries, banana and no-fat yoghurt for dessert.

cup of tea, no sugar, LFM

Thanks for the reminder, I'll shovel down a couple of Natures Own kelp tablets right now, to switch my metabolism on fully.

In-laws staying, so I have to prepare proper meals as they are watching me closely

Lunch
2 slices bread
counter crackers
fat stuff on them

Dinner
Chicken Chasseur
mashed spuds
lots of veggies

I'll bet this lot has made me gain all my wait back again, I won't know until morning :cry:

Let 'em watch. What are they gonna do? Say "hey, stop eating all that good food that's making you lose weight and get all healthy and stuff" :shock:
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)

Mince meat with tomatoes and mushrooms and stir fry vegetables with soup

I know how you feel with people watching what you eat. just use LOTS of veggies, and bulk up anything with veggies, even grated zuchinni is a good filler.
